Fuelling my mind with lots of goodness with this vibrant breakfast bowl.
What’s in the bowl? Creamy cinnamon porridge topped with strawberries, raspberries, kiwi and chia seeds.
I’ve got just over a week until my dissertation is due (eek!) so I need to stay focused and keep on top of work while also staying healthy, so I’ve topped this breakfast bowl with lots of fruit. The libraries are becoming so full these days that I think I’m going to try working from home today. That way I can also have plenty of tea breaks! It’s the important things that matter… Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!
Cinnamon and chia porridge with kiwi and berries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp chia seeds
Combine the oats and milk in a bowl and put in the microwave for 1minute 50- 2 minutes or cook the porridge in a pan. Stir in the cinnamon and honey. Top with the fresh fruit and chia seeds.
