After seeing some salad jar ideas, I decided to make one as it seemed like a great way to enjoy lunch on the go! It’s delicious because it helps mix all the flavours together – you can lightly shake it so that the ingredients all marinade with one another so that it’s bursting with flavour and it’s also really easy to wash up and doesn’t seem to leave lingering smells unlike the case with a lot of Tupperware. Being a university student I also sometimes need lunch on the go for when I spend whole days at the library, and buying sandwiches or salads out daily can get expensive, so this is a tasty solution to solve that problem!

Coriander
1 tbsp Pine nuts
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Olive oil- generous drizzle
